Hi! I’m Maria

I’m a certified Health Coach, personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and MELT Method instructor with a background in the culinary arts. My mission is to use my skills and knowledge to help women over 50 achieve natural hormonal balance so that they can live their best lives in and after menopause.

Through my holistic program, The 6 Pillars of Wellness I use a proven framework to coach my clients and help them achieve whole-body wellness. No matter where you’re starting from, I’ll be your guide on your health and wellness journey. We’ll celebrate your wins, big and small, work through your challenges, and embrace change.

We are all bio-individuals and health and happiness look different for each of us. We move away from the notion that fad diets are healthy. We honor that once in menopause, in order to make lasting positive changes, we must give our body what it needs. This looks different than what we did 20 or 30 years ago. I coach from a perspective of progress, not perfection. We are multidimensional individuals and all aspects of our life affect each other. I truly believe that our mindset can be our best asset or our largest barrier to success. Together we will work through self-limiting beliefs and help you find the balance and wellness you desire.

As a lifelong student, I continue to study the human body and biomechanics. I believe movement is medicine. I specialize in helping people who experience body aches and pains, take control of their situation and help themselves on their healing journey. Mindset is everything, if we come from a place of self-love and acceptance we can move beyond pain and dysfunction.
