In an M3 Workshop, we will incorporate The MELT METHOD® to keep you pain-free & at peak performance levels.
We will practice mat Pilates to activate your core, build your strength & improve flexibility.
The M3 Class will incorporate NeuroStrength and body weight exercises, to help your body maximize proper techniques in a compassionate, challenging environment.
