Balance includes physical equilibrium and mental steadiness.

Both aspects are crucial when considering a life full of joy, wellness, & health. When deciding on a name for my company, I wanted to encompass more than physical fitness. I desired a name that highlights my holistic approach to a healthy, joyful, & active lifestyle. A name that embraces what it means to evolve both physically and mentally without bounds.

 

Together we are just that. Together, we are BOUNDLESS.

How we work together to develop a fitness & wellness plan that works best for you:

The powerful aspect of your unique fitness & wellness plan is that it is malleable. Once we begin working together, we will continuously tailor your plan so that you feel a perfect balance of support & challenge.

MARIA RIGO

Maria is passionate about movement. Over the last 20 years, she has devoted her energy to studying the human body with a focus on how & why we move as we do. She studied with fitness & wellness industry leaders & innovators with training in weight loss, biomechanics, Pilates, postural assessments, sports performance, youth training, TRX, BOSU, nutrition, psychology, & motivational coaching. To follow her passion of being a life-long learner, she attends workshops, comprehensive trainings, & seminars annually.

Maria also attended and completed French Cooking School and did an apprenticeship at the Ritz Carlton Chicago. Although she still loves to indulge in French cooking once in a while, she has turned her passion into creating and preparing healthy recipes which she loves to share with her community.

  • Ongoing studies with Immaculate Dissection 

  • Completion of 6 Day Cadaver Dissection with Integral Anatomy

  • NKT Level 1 Practitioner Neuro Kinetic Therapy

  • MELT Method® Level 5 Instructor

  • STOTT Pilates Level 2 Instructor

  • NSCA- Certified Personal Trainer

  • Certificate of Completion  Pilates for Multiple Sclerosis and other Neurological Conditions

Mondays 7pm Monday MELT Wind Down and

Fridays 12:15   Friday Lunch Time ReBoot
