Maria is passionate about movement. Over the last 18 years, she has devoted her energy to studying the human body with a focus on how & why we move as we do. She studied with fitness & wellness industry leaders & innovators with training in weight loss, postural assessments, sports performance, youth training, TRX, BOSU, nutrition, psychology, & motivational coaching. To follow her passion of being a life-long learner, she attends workshops, comprehensive trainings, & seminars annually.
She is grateful to each of those clients for their trust and for what they continue to teach her. Maria hopes to never stop learning new and marvelous aspects of the human body & how it carries us through our lives.
